Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped within the same day if ordered before 2 pm or within the next business day of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. At Elizabeth’s Tailleur, we offer standard shipping for all customers ranging from 1 to 5 business days based on your delivery location.
Returns & Replacements
Please contact our customer care at returns@elizabethstailleur.com within 7 days of you receiving your order with details of the item(s) you would like to return, and return the item(s) within the next 7 days for FREE for non-sale items. Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the original item ordered for free within UAE, you will need to specify the size required when requesting your exchange. When exchanging for a completely new item, you will need to return it and place a new order.Shipping cost on exchanges are chargeable based on our standard rates unless otherwise agreed with the customer care.
You can either shop by design code or by category (clothing, shoes, etc.) using the navigation panel. You can also shop through editorial pages, as well as our newsletter or you can search for your item using the Search function. To add a product to the shopping tote, kindly select your size (if applicable) and click on "Add to tote". (Items could be deleted from the shopping tote by clicking on "Remove Item"). You may click on "Continue Shopping" to continue browsing, or if you are ready to check out, click on "Check Out".
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Our online store accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express, Diners Club and JCB, PayPal, Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery (UAE Customers Only). During checkout you will be directed to 2checkout (our payment processing vendor) website for processing the payment. Upon successful completion you will be redirected to Elizabeth’s Tailleur Web store.
Viewing Orders
If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at any time, by simply logging into your account and clicking “View Order Status”. If your order states “Awaiting Fulfillment”, your order has been received and is being processed by our warehouse. If your order has “Shipped”, you will see a tracking number under “Track Order” to the bottom of the page
Updating Account Information
Account information can be updated anytime by logging into your account. Once you log in to your account any information including your shipping address and password could be changed by clicking on "Edit" tab. You can also view your order information, wishlist items, reviewed products and subscription information
