Return and exchange

To complete a return procedure, simply follow these steps:

Please contact our customer care at returns@elizabethstailleur.com within 7 days of you receiving your order with detailsof the item(s) you would like to return, and return it within the next 7 days for FREE for non-sale items.

Important Information 

  • Items must be returned unused, undamaged & with all the garment tags attached.

  • Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged shoe box – this is considered part of the product.

  • Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

  • We are unable to accept returns for earrings due to health risks.

  • We recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

  • Items returned without an prior approval will be sent back to you, at your cost.



Please try shoes on a carpeted surface as shoes with scuff marks on the soles will not be accepted as a return.

Lingerie & Swimwear

Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and will be sent back to the customer at your cost.

Delicate, Beaded Garments and Light Coloured 

In the interest of quality, we ask that you remove any rings, earrings or other jewellery when trying on for fit and size - only until you are certain that you will be keeping your item. If trying on lightly coloured and/or fitted clothing, we kindly ask you use a scarf to prevent make-up transfer. Returns will not be accepted if the garment is damaged or soiled and will be sent back to the customer.


Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the original item ordered for free within UAE, you will need to specify the size required when requesting your exchange. When exchanging for a completely new item, you will need to return it and place a new order.

Shipping cost on exchanges are chargeable based on our standard rates unless otherwise agreed with the customer care. 


The amount will be refunded to the original credit card used when placing the order. The Refund amount will exclude all shipping costs, international customs duties and sales taxes).
